Our Emergency Communication Program is designed for individuals who may have difficulty communicating during an emergency or when they become separated from their caregiver. Each participant receives a unique QR code linked to an emergency profile created by their caregiver.
By scanning the QR code, first responders, teachers, medical personnel, or helpful community members can quickly access important information that may help keep your loved one safe.
How It Works
1. Complete the registration form here.Provide your child's communication preferences, emergency contacts, medical alerts, allergies, calming strategies, and any other important information.
2. We create your secure emergency profile.Your information is reviewed by All In Collective before it becomes active.
3. Receive your personalized QR code.Your unique QR code can be used on temporary tattoos, backpack tags, communication cards, wristbands, keychains, or other identification items.
4. Scan for help.If your child needs assistance, anyone who scans the QR code can quickly access the emergency information you've chosen to share.
