This communication board was originally completed in 2025 through a grant from the Sandwich Education Foundation and is located on the fence alongside the Sandwich High School football field.

This Doctor’s Office Communication Board was developed by Amy McDowell, MS, CCC-SLP/L, in collaboration with Dr. Blair Wright, a pediatrician in Sandwich, Illinois, to support more accessible and inclusive communication during medical visits.
