Welcome to the All In Collective Communication Station! Here you’ll find downloadable and interactive communication boards, visual supports, and practical resources designed to support communication at home and throughout the community. As we continue to grow, we’ll be adding even more tools, visuals, and AAC resources to help individuals of all abilities communicate, participate, and feel included wherever they go.

Unless otherwise noted, all communication boards and resources were created by Amy McDowell, MS, CCC-SLP/L, Speech-Language Pathologist and President & Co-Founder of All In Collective.

Communication Boards In the community

Welcome to the digital version of our core Communication boards! Keep an eye out for updates as we will be introducing communication boards from different locations as we grow. we can’t wait to add more core boards throughout our local communities. Click on the pictures below for an interactive version of our communication boards.

This communication board was originally completed in 2025 through a grant from the Sandwich Education Foundation and is located on the fence alongside the Sandwich High School football field. It was recently updated to include an interactive talking version, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code.

This Doctor’s Office Communication Board was developed by Amy McDowell, MS, CCC-SLP/L, in collaboration with Dr. Blair Wright, a pediatrician in Sandwich, Illinois, to support more accessible and inclusive communication during medical visits.
