About Us
All In Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities, meaningful connections, and a stronger sense of belonging for individuals of all abilities and their families.
Through sensory-friendly community spaces, accessible events, communication supports, family resources, and inclusive programs, we help remove barriers that can make participation difficult. We work alongside families, local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to create spaces where people feel welcomed, understood, supported, and empowered to be fully included.
At All In Collective, inclusion is more than being invited—it is being valued, supported, and given a meaningful opportunity to belong.
Our Story
Before All In Collective existed, Amy and Lisa were each working toward similar dreams in their own ways. Amy was advocating for inclusion through her work as a speech-language pathologist in the schools, while Lisa was independently organizing community events outside of the school district. They both envisioned a community where individuals of all abilities and their families had more opportunities to participate, connect, and truly belong. Lisa reached out and asked to join the school inclusion committee Amy was involved with. At the time, Amy had no idea that one simple request would grow into something so much bigger.
As they began working together, they quickly realized how closely their passions, ideas, and hopes for the community aligned. Then Lisa suggested creating a nonprofit. The idea was exciting, but it also felt like a huge undertaking—especially while raising families, working, and managing the demands of everyday life. Amy’s mind was already filled with thousands of ideas, but she needed the right person and the right push to help turn those ideas into something real. Lisa brought that encouragement, along with a shared determination to make meaningful inclusion happen.
With their combined experience, passion, and vision—and the support of an incredible board and surrounding communities—All In Collective was born.Since then, we have created sensory-friendly spaces, provided visual and communication supports, participated in community events, built meaningful partnerships, and begun developing programs shaped by the real needs of individuals and families. Each time a family finds relief in our Sensory Tent, a child communicates using one of our visual supports, or someone participates in an experience that once felt inaccessible, we are reminded why this work matters.
We are committed to listening, advocating, including, and continuing to grow alongside the communities we serve. All In Collective is going to do big things—we already are—and this is just the beginning.
